Have you any leftover yarn? Sure, you have! So you can start to knit the Little Hare Boy. He can become a good friend for you, for your kids or for your friends. He will be happy to keep you company. We hope you enjoy making him. Little Hare Boy measures about 24 cm (9.5 inch) to tip of ears.
This pattern includes 6 pages of instructions and pictures how to make the hare boy, his sweater and overalls. All pieces of the toy are knitted flat.
What do you need to knit the hare?
MATERIALS:
Needles size 2 (2.75mm)
Leftovers from different projects of a similar gauge in DK or worsted in brown for hare’s body, any color yarn for clothes.
If you use thicker yarn and bigger size of needles you get a bigger toy.
We use:
25 g of acrylic in brown (100g = 300m - 328 yds),
5 g of acrylic in white (100g = 300m - 328 yds),
5 g of acrylic in denim (100g = 300m - 328 yds yds)
Black yarn to embroider for nose, mouth and eyes
2 buttons
Polyester fiberfill for stuffing
Stitch holder
Tapestry needle
