The lion measures about 26 cm (about 10 inch). All pieces are knitted flat.
The pattern includes 13 pages of instruction and pictures how to make Lion and his clothes (sleeveless cardigan, pant, ruff, sash and crown).
MATERIALS:
Straight needles size US 2 ½ (3mm)
Yarn: DK / Light Worsted (8 ply) (100g/300m) in light orange, light yellow, red, blue, white, leftovers DK / Light
Worsted (8 ply) in dark orange, yellow, black.
Polyester stuffing
4 gold buttons
GAUGE: not
important if you use the same weight yarn both for toy and clothes.
Pattern requires knowledge of knitting basics such as K, P, K2tog, P2tog, K3tog, P3tog, SSK, M1 and simple finishing techniques.
